What dates are your high and low and holiday seasons?

Summer high season is June 24 - September 6 and holiday high season December 18 - January 3 - pricing is the same. Low season is all other dates aside from summer high season and holiday high season.

What are your minimum reservation requirements in each season?

Summer high season is June 25 - September 6
Summer high season is a minimum 7 night booking.

Holiday high season December 18 - January 3
Holiday high season is a minimum of 3 night booking.

Low season is all other dates
Low season is a minimum 2 night booking.

Which cottages are open during high and low seasons?

Summer high season is June 25 - September 6
All cottages are open in the summer months.

Cottages 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, and 16 are winterized for the holiday high season.

Low season is all other dates

Directions from Toronto, Ontario

Take Highway 401 east to Highway 115/35, which leads north to Peterborough, eventually meeting Highway 7. Continue on Highway 7 east to Highway 28 and follow this highway north to Maynooth. At Maynooth, look for Highway 62 and follow this scenic highway north to Barry's Bay and it's junction with Highway 60. Turn west on Highway 60 and follow this highway for approximately 7 kilometres to Barry's Bay Cottage Resort, which is just off the north side of highway. We are 0.5 km past the Carson Heights Drive sign, watch for the yellow half canoes marking the driveway. Allow about 3.5 hours to travel approximately 320 km.

Directions from Ottawa, Ontario

Take Highway 417 west to Highway 17 at Arnprior. Continue northwest on Highway 17 before turning west on Highway 60 at Renfrew. Follow this scenic highway west past Eganville and Barry's Bay. Barry's Bay Cottage Resort is found about 7 kilometres west of Barry's Bay just off the north side of the highway. We are 0.5 km past the Carson Heights Drive sign, watch for the yellow half canoes marking the driveway. Allow about 2 hours to travel approximately 200 km.

Directions from Montreal, Quebec

Get on Autoroute 720 W in Le Sud-Ouest. Follow Route Transcanadienne O/Autoroute 40 O and ON-417 W to Trans-Canada Hwy/Hwy 17 in McNab/Braeside. Drive to ON-60 W in Madawaska Valley. Continue onto Trans-Canada Hwy/Hwy 17 18. Turn left onto Bruce St/County Rd 20 (signs for County road 20/Renfrew). Turn right onto ON-60 W. Turn right to stay on ON-60 W (signs for Eganville) then turn left to stay on ON-60 W (signs for Eganville) and Barry's Bay Cottages will be on your right. Allow about 4 hours to travel approximately 400 km.
